Homeschooling

Homeschooling at its best....

History timeline project (this had been on my "to do" list for the kids for 3 years!)
Behold, a child at her desk. Am I dreaming the best dream ever?!
Look at this cutie trying to "do (s)kool" like his brother and sisters...
Yes, I would say that is a masterpiece, wouldn't you?!

The best part of any school day...

waiting for Daddy to come home.

I've been wanting to do a timeline for years too!! How great that you finally got around to it - maybe I'll get inspired once I'm home from China as well!!
And just this week, my almost two year old starting asking for "coolwork" - so cute when they actually ASK for it, right?
Your family is beautiful - Congratulations!!!!!!

Isn't nice to have our kids home and have some normalcy back? I do not know how you do homeschool, but it looks like it works well for your family. That is wonderful! I love Caleb's masterpiece--good use of space and color!

I am a public school teacher, and even when I try to help my 8 y/o daughter with homework, she thinks I'm an idiot...she'd never let me be her teacher in a million years, and I couldn't do it! Tyson is in developmental preschool and in two days, he's doing great! I'm leaving him there next week. Agh!

Julia,
My timeline project has been sitting around for a couple years now too! It's on my list everyday but never gets worked on. Maybe when we get back from vacation.
